If you have an owner occupier property mortgage and want to rent out your property you are effectively turning your property into a full investment property.

As a result you will need to contact your home loan lender to see how this impacts your current mortgage.

Will I pay tax if I rent out my investment property?

If you rent out your investment property or part of your property the net rental income needs to be declared in your tax return as per any other investments.

What is capital growth of a property investment?

Capital growth, or capital appreciation on a propery is the increase in value of your property investment over a certain amount time.

What are your fees?

We charge a flat fee of 1.75% of the purchase price.
